Shipping and delivery is a process of preparing your purchased items
and then deliver them to your choice destination. The whole of this
process involves the activities of rechecking your items, packing
the items, prepare their shipping documents, organize them with
the insurance company, and then deliver them to your choice destination.

rather than abexnet partners ? If so, how will I take my purchased
items from your store ?
Yes. You can take your purchased items by yourself in our store,
then organize their shipping and delivery by yourself. Or you can
make an authorization to someone or an organization to take your
purchased items in our store for you. If you use the last method,
please refer to this document for more information.
What is the cost of shipping and delivery ?
The cost of shipping and delivery is the cost you have to pay to
other party who handles the shipping and delivery of your purchased
items from our store to your choice destination.
How long will I receive my purchased product
?
There is no precision time about this. There are many factors which
influence such as what method you use to deliver your purchased
items (by sea or by air), where is your destination area, and so
on. This is the reason why abexnet is giving an high flexibility
for its customer in determining the method of shipping and delivery.
They could make their own target according to their own condition
and budget. But the most important thing is that you can take your
purchased items from our store as soon as your payment process is
clear and finished unless otherwise there is a special agreement
which organizes when your purchased items will be ready (this acts
for certain condition in which our customer purchased a not ready
stock items, or make 'a made to order' with us).
Is my shipping purchased items be protected
by insurance ?
It totally depends on your choice. Any item you purchase from us
is excluding shipping and delivery cost, insurance, and other costs
which relates to shipping and delivery process and safety during
the process.
What happen when my purchased products arrive
in my home with an unppropriate conditions ?
We will track who responsible for the demages, your delivery agent
or abexnet. If the demage arises as the result of shipping and delivery
process, abexnet is not responsible for the condition. You can make
a claim to your delivery and or insurance agent. If the demage arises
as the result of a bad quality product without any other external
reason, abexnet is fully responsible for the demages. Abexnet will
totally retore the demage products and change them with the new
ones for you. Abexnet then responsibles for the cost of shipping
and delivery of your refund products to your choice destination.
