The following is the terms and conditions contain general rules which are governing the advertising requested by the Client to be placed on a website operated by Access Bali Web Directory.

1. Access Bali Web Directory (ABWD) is operated in and on behalf of Access Bali Online. In this case, ABWD is holder of the advertising service in the web.
2. ABWD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse any application for advertising if such advertising does not conform to the editorial or advertising policies of its domain property.
3. Client refers to anyone or any company, in and on behalf of himself/herself or his/her company, make an agreement with ABWD to advertise his/her product in or through ABWD service(s). In this case, ABWD does not serve client as or through a third party system. Client is a single part.
4. ABWD has a fully right to receive or refuse anyone or any company to be a Client of ABWD without stating its reason to anyone, except being requested by and for the need of law of or in certain country.
5. All rates for the requested advertisement in ABWD's services are nett and non-commissionable, inclusive of tax, are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar).
6. Your credit card will be charged 3 (three) days prior publicity after confirming your advertising. All transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction. Since this transaction made through credit card, there is additional 4 % of bank fee of which charged to your credit card.
7. ABWD is not responsible to the Client or agency for any damages or losses, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from disruption, delay, defect or failure of the server which provides the internet connection for the domain. The Client further agrees that ABWD's liability to the Client on account of errors or omissions in the advertising material or the placement of the advertisement contemplated in this contract will in no event exceed the Ad Cost.
8. This contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Indonesian and in respect to the laws in other countries.
9. The Client represents and warrants that none of the advertising material which. it provides to ABWD for the domain will violate any law or infringe or breach the common law, statutory or contractual rights of any third party, and agrees to indemnify and save ABWD harmless from and against any claims, demands or actions alleging that the advertisement requested in this contract violates any law or infringes or breaches the common law, statutory or contractual rights of any third party, and from and against any costs, damages or liabilities, including legal fees and disbursements, arising from any breach or alleged of the representations and warranties given herein.
10. Advance payment of the full amount of the Ad Cost is payable upon accepting this agreement. ABWD will publish the advertisement on the selected domain(s) on receipt of payment or the specified publication date.
11. Liability. Access Bali Online (ABWD) in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act only as agent  for the respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall ABL Tours & Travel be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Access Bali Online (ABWD), or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, Access Bali Online (ABWD) at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Access Bali Online (ABWD) in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
