MODE BALI  ASSOCIATION

For years Bali as been recognized as an art and cultural destination. At the beginning of the year 2000, Bali's fashion society has joined into a new community named Mode Bali Association (MOBAS). The establishment of this association is expected to coordinate every single person that has some importance on fashion, its business and activities. They propose to build a new kind of shopping destination for fashion and As accessories. Through the world of fashion and style, MOBAS will try to contribute in drafting Indonesia in general, and Bali in particular, into the world fashion network. Step by step they are planning to work on various events. For their first fashion exhibition, they have chosen the "Trend Bali 2000" into the new Millenniurn as their theme, and this is to be followed by still more events. Designers, textile and garment manufacturers and handicraft people are aiming to support each other.
