Oka Kartika Solo Exhibition At Seniwati Showspace

The seniwati gallery of art by Women is very happy and proud to announce their show for April 2001 will Be an art exhibition by Balinese artist Anak Agung Oka Kartika Since she was small she has enjoyed Painting but wasn't too good at first Because she spent more time to learning
To dance traditional Balinese dances. In 1987 she went to the Indonesia school of art in Denpasar to study dance training, she also had the chance to learn about painting there her desire to paint returned so she continues with this as a hobby. With the encouragement and help of her husband she has been able to development her art And she is lucky that the house where she lives is surround by rice field, and this inspires most of her paintings. This is her fist solo exhibition at seniwati show space, besides many group shows, the seniwati gallery is rightly becoming famous not only for its unique role, but also for the very high quality of art that it offers to the art-loving public to enjoy.
